1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account on Tender Access Hub, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Account Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
- One person or organization may not operate multiple free accounts
3. Use of Services
- You may use tender data for your own business evaluation and bidding purposes
- You may not resell, redistribute, or scrape tender data from the platform
- You may not use automated tools (bots) to access the platform without API authorization
- You may not attempt to circumvent payment requirements or access restrictions
4. Payments & Refunds
- All payments are processed securely through our authorized payment providers
- Single tender purchases are non-refundable once the tender data has been accessed
- Subscription refunds are available within 48 hours of purchase if no tenders have been unlocked
5. Data Accuracy
We aggregate tender data from multiple public and commercial sources. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all tender information is complete, current, or error-free. Users should verify critical details with the issuing authority before submitting bids.
6. Intellectual Property
All platform content, design, code, and branding are the property of Tender Access Hub. Tender data sourced from government agencies remains subject to the original publisher's terms.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse platform resources.
8. Limitation of Liability
Tender Access Hub is a tender aggregation platform. We are not responsible for the outcome of any bid or procurement process. Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid for services in the preceding 12 months.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
