Welcome to Tender Access Hub
Tender Access Hub is your one-stop platform for discovering government and private sector procurement opportunities worldwide. Whether you're an individual consultant or a large enterprise, this guide will help you make the most of every feature.
Step 1: Create Your Account
Visit the Register page and provide your full name, email address, and a secure password (minimum 8 characters). After registration, check your inbox for a verification email and click the confirmation link to activate your account.
Step 2: Browse & Search Tenders
Navigate to the Tenders page to explore active opportunities. Use the powerful search and filter system to narrow results by:
- Keyword ??? search titles and descriptions
- Country / Region ??? filter by geographic location
- Category (CPV codes) ??? filter by procurement category
- Procuring Agency ??? find tenders from specific organizations
- Value Range ??? set minimum and maximum contract values
- Deadline ??? filter by closing date
- Status ??? open, closed, or awarded tenders
Step 3: Unlock Full Details
Tender listings show basic information for free. To access complete details including contact information, submission requirements, and attached documents, you can either:
- Purchase a single tender ??? one-time payment to unlock a specific opportunity
- Subscribe to a plan ??? get unlimited access for a set period
Step 4: Use Your Dashboard
Once logged in, your dashboard gives you access to bookmarks, bid tracking, saved searches, tender alerts, notes, a calendar view, and much more. See our other guides for detailed instructions on each feature.
Step 5: Submit Your Bid
Use the bid tracker to manage your submissions. Track each opportunity through stages: Identified ??? Qualified ??? Proposal Drafting ??? Submitted ??? Under Review ??? Won/Lost.

- Set up Saved Searches to get notified when matching tenders appear
- Use the Calendar to never miss a deadline
- Enable Email Digests for weekly or monthly tender summaries
- Use the Compare feature to evaluate multiple opportunities side by side
