Yes, registration is completely free. Free accounts can browse tender listings and see basic information. To access full tender details and documents, you'll need to purchase individual tenders or subscribe to a plan.

How many tenders do you have?

Our database contains thousands of active tenders from multiple countries, updated regularly through automated API feeds and manual curation. New tenders are added daily.

Which countries are covered?

We cover tenders from countries across Africa, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East. The exact coverage depends on our data partnerships and grows continuously. Use the Map View to see available tenders by location.

Account & Access

How do I reset my password?

Go to the Login page and click "Forgot Password?". Enter your email address and you'll receive a reset link. You can also change your password from Dashboard ??? Change Password if you're already logged in.

Can I change my email address?

For security reasons, email changes require contacting support. Your email is used for authentication and payment receipts, so changes are handled carefully.

What happens to my data if I delete my account?

Contact support to request account deletion. Your personal data, payment history, notes, and bookmarks will be permanently removed. This action cannot be undone.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept M-Pesa (for East African users) and PawaPay mobile money (supporting multiple African countries). Additional payment methods may be available depending on your region.

Is my payment information safe?

We do not store your mobile money PIN or full payment credentials. All payments are processed through secure, regulated payment gateways. We only store transaction references for your payment history.

What if my payment fails but money was deducted?

If your mobile money was debited but the tender wasn't unlocked, our system automatically reconciles pending payments. If the issue persists beyond 15 minutes, contact support with your payment reference number.

What is the difference between bookmarks and the bid tracker?

Bookmarks are a simple watchlist ??? save tenders you want to revisit. The Bid Tracker is a full pipeline management tool for tenders you're actively pursuing, with stages, amounts, notes, and performance tracking.

Can I share tenders with my team?

Yes! Set up a Team from Dashboard ??? Team, invite members, and use the Collaboration feature to share and discuss tenders together.

How do saved searches work?

When you search with specific filters, you can save that combination. The platform will then alert you when new tenders match those criteria. You can manage saved searches and their notification settings from your dashboard.
